Step 1
Book Meeting
As a Spectrum Squad customer we will provide you an overview of your territory by zip code & carrier route level for FREE. This
spreadsheet will indicate which carrier routes have customers/new customers/unclosed leads and which have opportunity for growth. We also overlay where you mailed in 2024 to look for
opportunities to improve profitability in 2025.
Once that is done, together we will discuss a plan for 2025 to fit
your Budget and growth plans. This will include “in home” dates, quantities and
costs per drop (making sure to position your payments in the correct months).
As soon as final art templates are available from Corporate, we will send you a "step by step" guide for selecting your mailer and for communicating edits to customize your mailer to receive final proofs to approve.
Step 3
Final Approvals of Plan and Artwork
You will receive an email with your plans(s) and final proof(s). These become
your documents of what your mail program will consist of.
Once you reply “approved” - we will lock in your spot. **Please note, we have
the ability to revise drop dates due to weather, but cannot change print
quantities as we print them all at once in advance to match your plan.
